We’ve been part of the West Michigan Community for over 20 years and we have a reputation for doing things differently, and by that, we mean better.

The bad reviews stating low offers are accurate BUT they also let you know you can get more selling privately and are transparent about what they can offer and why. They made an initial offer, which I countered and they then accepted. It was worth taking less for my jewelry to have a fast and convenient transaction with one party. I then spent some time looking at wedding bands and had a great experience with that as well!Posted on Google

We previously visited another store and were left unpleased but this was totally different. She made me feel confident that I saw everything and tried everything on. There was no rush and zero push for a sale right then and there. We really appreciated her. Tara was so fun to work with and had the best personality. We never felt rushed to make a decision and she is extremely patient. While it’s convenient since we live in the area, it’ll also be our first choice from here on out!
